EzWay™ PAG System is a precast SDS-PAGE gel for protein analysis. This gel system has a neutral pH of 7.2, so it can maintain the stability of polyacrylamide for 1 year. Also, it keeps the protein samples from modification such as alkylation, deamidation, oxidation that can happen during electrophoresis, so that proteins remain intact and unmodified and it increases yields and signals. Two acrylamide concentrations (10% and 4-12%) are available. EzWay™ PAG gel system must be used with Tris-Glycine, Tricine or Aspartate SDS buffer systems. Six separation ranges can be obtained by combining either of gels with these three buffer systems. |
